Mobile notary services throughout Central Illinois, including Fulton, Mason, Peoria, and Tazewell counties. Appointments are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. I travel to your home, workplace, hospital, or another agreed location for convenient service.

I am a Traditional Illinois Notary that will travel to you at your convenience. I provide a mobile notary service. I am up to date on Illinois Notarization laws. With my legal background I am familiar with documents and able to ensure signing is correct under Illinois Law. 

 I can notarize in person most documents including but not limited to:

• Estate Planning Documents (e.g. Wills, Power of Attorneys, Trusts)
• Legal and Personal Documents
• Affidavits
• Quitclaim Deed
• Acknowledgements
• Oath and Affirmation 
• Witnessing or Attesting a Signature
• Business Documents

You must book an appointment for services. I do make appointments for anytime including weekends, holidays, and evening hours.

Total Pricing will be agreed upon prior to appointment date and time.  Convenience fees will be based on how much time is needed, location, and when your appointment is needed. 

Mileage is from my location to the set location of signing. My location is Saint David, IL Fulton County. 

I am willing to travel to Fulton, Peoria, Tazwell, Mason, and possible other surrounding counties. 

At this time, I am not doing Electronic Notary or Remote Notary services. I am not a certified Loan Signing Agent (yet). Although not required by the State of Illinois, common practice is to become certified for this service.

• All signers must be present and competent
• Travel fees are agreed to before the appointment

Notary Fees (Set by Illinois Law)

• Notarization (in‑person): $5 per signature / notarial act
• Each signature requiring notarization is considered a separate notarial act

(Illinois law limits the notarization fee; travel and convenience fees are separate.)
