Mobile notary services throughout Central Illinois, including Fulton, Mason, Peoria, and Tazewell counties. Appointments are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. I travel to your home, workplace, hospital, or another agreed location for convenient service.
I am a Traditional Illinois Notary that will travel to you at your convenience. I provide a mobile notary service. I am up to date on Illinois Notarization laws. With my legal background I am familiar with documents and able to ensure signing is correct under Illinois Law.
I can notarize in person most documents including but not limited to:
- Estate Planning Documents (e.g. Wills, Power of Attorneys, Trusts)
- Legal and Personal Documents
- Affidavits
- Quitclaim Deed
- Acknowledgements
- Oath and Affirmation
- Witnessing or Attesting a Signature
- Business Documents
You must book an appointment for services. I do make appointments for anytime including weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
Total Pricing will be agreed upon prior to appointment date and time. Convenience fees will be based on how much time is needed, location, and when your appointment is needed.
Mileage is from my location to the set location of signing. My location is Saint David, IL Fulton County.
I am willing to travel to Fulton, Peoria, Tazwell, Mason, and possible other surrounding counties.
I am not a certified Loan Signing Agent (yet). Although not required by the State of Illinois, common practice is to become certified for this service.

- Valid, government‑issued photo ID is required
- All signers must be present and competent
- Travel fees are agreed to before the appointment

Notary Fees (Set by Illinois Law)
- Notarization (in‑person): $5 per signature / notarial act
- Each signature requiring notarization is considered a separate notarial act
(Illinois law limits the notarization fee; travel and convenience fees are separate.)

- Standard Mobile Appointments Start at $15.00

- Additional Witness may be provided if needed;
- Printing documents (per set);
- Scan & email completed documents; and

Process Service
Need to get documents served quickly or served on individuals hard to find? We can help!
We offer same day/rush service.
We will research to locate individuals difficult/avoiding service. Some individuals will attempt to avoid the Sheriff when they know they are going to be served documents. We specialize in finding alternative locations to serve individuals. We have the availability to sit and wait for an individual or make multiply attempts on the same day when needed.
With over 20 years in the legal field, we are familiar with legal documents and up to date on the current Illinois State law and regulations as well as local rules and regulations. We have the knowledge to serve/deliver your documents accurately and on time.
Neihoff Legal Services is not a licensed Private Detective Agency. Illinois law allows for unlicensed special process server. How it works:
When serving legal documents - a Motion for Appointment of Special Process Server/Order must be filed in each. A Judge will need to sign the Oder.
This document is available and can be sent to you for you to file.
You send the documents that need to be served to us and include any information you have on the person being served.
Neihoff Legal Services then locates and serves the documents to the person to be served
Neihoff Legal Services then sends you the Proof of Service/Return of Service document showing services has been made. You file this document with the Court showing your document has been served.
We also can eFile the Proof of Service/Return of Service for you. We will then send you the information for your file.

Property Inspection
Neihoff Legal Services offers neutral and credible witnesses for documenting property occupancy and condition of property.
- Time-stamped photos of exterior, interior, or other specific photos.
